Pastor vs Actress: Doris Ogala Rages After Chris Okafor Calls Her ‘Jezebel’
Popular Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has angrily reacted after controversial cleric Chris Okafor, founder of Grace Nation International Ministry, referred to her as “Jezebel” in a recent video.
The drama comes after the pastor publicly retracted an earlier apology he made concerning allegations that he had abandoned Ogala to marry another woman following a supposed long-term relationship.
While addressing his congregation, Okafor insisted he never offended the actress and claimed he had never met her personally. According to him, the moment he previously knelt to apologize was done out of respect for church leaders and elders.
“Let it be known, I knelt down because of those fathers of faith and the church. Not because of any Jezebel anywhere,” he said.
The statement immediately triggered a fiery response from Ogala on social media.
In a strongly worded Instagram post, the actress warned the pastor that she would show him “what Jezebel can do,” suggesting that the issue was far from over.
In a video shared on her page, Ogala also accused the cleric of contradicting himself, alleging that he had earlier acknowledged their relationship in court documents.
“You think this is a joke? I said you will crawl and apologize to me,” she said in the video.
The escalating feud between the actress and the pastor has sparked widespread reactions online, with social media users debating the allegations and the public exchange between both personalities.
