Rema just added another flex to his growing empire — and this one comes with a Burj Khalifa view!

The Afrobeats superstar has become the latest celebrity homeowner at One by Binghatti, a prestigious luxury residential development by Dubai-based real estate giant Binghatti Holdings. His new home sits in Dubai's Business Bay — just a five-minute drive from the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.

The announcement came straight from Binghatti itself: "Binghatti proudly announces global singer and songwriter Rema as the newest homeowner at One by Binghatti," the company stated. The official signing ceremony took place at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, led by the company's Chief Sales Officer, Abdullah Binghatti, alongside senior executives. One Binghatti exec summed up the moment on Instagram: "Another global icon joins the Binghatti legacy. Welcome home, Rema."

And Rema isn't just any name on the buyer's list — he now stands shoulder to shoulder with some of Nigeria's wealthiest names. He joins elite Nigerian property owners like Africa's second-richest man Abdulsamad Rabiu, business mogul Femi Otedola, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and ex-Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo.

It's a fitting move for an artist whose global reach keeps expanding. Rema's massive hit "Calm Down" became especially popular across the Middle East and UAE, further growing his fanbase in the region — so this Dubai purchase feels less like a random flex and more like a homecoming of sorts.

Binghatti itself is no small player — the company holds a portfolio exceeding 80 projects valued at over AED 50 billion, with collaborations alongside global luxury brands.

From chart-topping hits to a Burj Khalifa-adjacent address — Rema's global rise just keeps leveling up.
